“OUR CORPORATE BRAND IS CRAMPING MY PERSONAL BRAND”

Super interesting article about boundaries. I like that I came across this article, because this has been an issue that's been on my mind for a while. I don't like the idea of becoming someone I'm not just because I work PR for a certain organization. I think that people in the PR field are probably much more prone to becoming part of the "machine" than other employees, because as a PR professional, you personally make up the company's image.
It's important to know who you are, and it's important to know your employers desired image...and it's important to know where you will draw lines.
