This is a letter I wrote for potential sponsors for the 2011 Mountain West PRSSA Regional conference. My primary responsibility as Sponsorship Chair for the conference was to approach various organizations as potential sponsors of our event. Development of solid relationships with these organizations was key to the financial success of the conference.
